G’day, I’m Mick — the bloke behind Mick’s Butchery Service. I’ve been butchering since I was 16 and have spent the last 9+ years running my mobile butchery business across South Australia.

I started this service because I believe in doing things the right way — processing livestock on-site, with respect, care, and no unnecessary stress on the animal. I help farmers, hobby farmers, and rural families take control of their food supply by providing clean, chemical-free meat, straight from the paddock to the plate.

I’m fully qualified, fully mobile, and I bring everything I need to get the job done — knives, saws, chillers, you name it. No mucking around, no delays. Just old-school butchering done properly, right there on your property.

Soon, I’ll be launching a training course for anyone wanting to learn the art of butchering — from processing livestock to preparing cuts, paddock to plate. Whether you’re a farmer, hobbyist, or someone wanting to break into the industry, this course will give you the skills and confidence to do it right.
